..........	. How We Work With Clients Our approach consists of 4 stages. [1] Diagnosis We meet with your senior management and a selection of other members of your organization to diagnose the symptoms you and your employees are experiencing. Our external perspective of the problem issues may be different from yours, and we need an objective assessment of your needs before we can prescribe a plan of action. Additionally, we shouldn't assume that your organization needs our specific services, and we may prefer to refer you to another qualified professional.  [2] System Implementation After understanding your unique situation, we can begin to work with you to fine tune and implement a systematic solution to your management concerns.   Since the early 1980's, we have been researching, developing, testing and refining a simple and very effective system we call The Mansis System (in both a manual {paper-based} and computerized format) that integrates the pieces missing from so many businesses for leading, directing and developing their employees. [3] Training A very important part of implementation is teaching you and your employees how to use the System. In small classes and sometimes individually, we teach The Mansis System to your management including the skills for leading, directing and developing their employees. Your non-management employees are also taught their role in the System and the few simple processes required of them. [4] Assessment and Audit After it has been implemented and used for a while, we audit The Mansis System to assess the implementation progress, and to initiate any necessary action plans to ensure the System's full and correct usage. At this stage Mansis steps back, always remaining available for support as required, while The Mansis System operates (in the background ) and your management can get on with running the business.                     next >>	.
