The Mansis Performance Management System
The Mansis Performance Management System gives a CEO the tools to direct the organization and empowers all employees to manage their own performance. The Mansis System is comprised of processes, interpersonal procedures, supplementary tools, as well as specially designed forms for helping all members of an organization clarify performance expectations, resolve and prevent performance problems, successfully perform their day-to-day duties, and maintain a proper data base of employee performance. The Mansis System has an optional Windows-based software version and a videotape self-paced training program.

Certificate in Front-Line Leadership Skills
The Mansis Certificate in Front Line Leadership Skills is a 33 hour, skill training program for developing team leaders, lead hands and front-line supervisors. Customized for client organizations, this 9 module program teaches participants critical supervisory leadership skills including role clarification, listening, diagnosing problems, counseling and coaching employees, performance reviews and teaching skills to others. Skills learned in workshops can be successfully used immediately back on the job. A special complementary, 3 hour executive overview is provided for senior management to learn their role in maximizing the benefit to the organization for this investment in front-line leadership skill development.

Certificate in Senior Management Leadership Skills
The Mansis Certificate in Senior Management Leadership Skills is a 69 hour, skill training program for middle and senior managers. Customized for client organizations, this 11 module program teaches participants critical senior management leadership skills including role counseling and coaching front-line management, conducting performance reviews, implementing organizational change, delegation, selecting employees and teambuilding. Skills learned in workshops can be successfully used immediately back on the job. A special complementary, 3 hour executive overview is provided for the executive to learn their role in maximizing the benefit to the organization for this investment in senior management leadership skill development. Participants in the Certificate in Front-Line Leadership Skills may earn credits towards this senior Certificate.
