You could have much more time to be the CEO or the General Manager or the President instead of worrying about how to get everyone else doing their jobs if your organization had an effective performance management system that ensured everyone: knew what was expected of them; received sufficient support from their managers to be successful; and was held accountable for his or her performance obligations. May 26, 2011 Special Discount for Students Today Mansis announced it is introducing special pricing for full-time University and College students, as well as recent graduates (up to one year past graduation). Students are eligible to receive a 25% discount on the regular price of the Mansis Certification in Employee Performance Management. "This is a way that students can be one step ahead of their peers," says Dr. Bob Kent of Mansis.
