SOFTWARE PURCHASE:

$4,000 plus appropriate taxes

SOFTWARE USER LICENSE:

$250 per management user (person who supervises others, i.e. excludes non-management employees) per year, payable at the beginning of a year.

This fee includes user support and application updates.

PROCESS

[1] Install Software: (technical assistance from Mansis if and as required)

[2] System Manager Training: Training for the client's system manager (employee who initially configures and then manages the Mansis System software on the client Server -- typically the Senior HR or Operations Manager ) to learn the appropriate procedures and responsibilities.

[3] The Mansis System Licensed User Training: 4, one hour modules for all Licensed Users to learn the software and the concepts of The Mansis System.  This is a year-round process available for all existing and new managers, as they become licensed.

[4] Licensed User Support:  Support from Mansis for all Licensed Users regarding the use of The Mansis System to lead and develop their employees, and to resolve or prevent performance problems (via e-mail and phone calls).
